The following terms are applicable for any service that You purchased with Us.
All purchases made on the Grabzio platform, including plan subscriptions, advertisement slot bookings, and wallet fund additions, are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.
a. Once a Partner purchases a plan, the amount is non-refundable, even if the Partner decides not to participate in advertisements or complete KYC.
b. If a plan is mistakenly purchased more than once, please contact support within 24 hours for review.
a. After an advertisement is submitted and payment is made, no refunds will be issued if the ad has been approved or is under review.
b. If an advertisement is rejected by our team and cannot be modified or resubmitted, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
c. In the case of duplicate payments or technical errors, please notify us within 3 business days to initiate a review.
a. Funds added to your Main Wallet are considered prepaid balances and are non-refundable.
b. These funds can be used for purchasing advertisement slots or other services on the platform.
c. Any request for refund due to incorrect transaction details must be reported within 24 hours.
a. In case of any failed or incorrect withdrawal transactions, the issue will be investigated and resolved promptly.
b. Refunds will be issued only in the case of confirmed failed transfers and will be credited back to the user's wallet.
We understand that exceptional situations can occur. We encourage users to reach out to our Support Team at [grabzio@zamorra.in] with complete details. Refunds in such cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Grabzio Admin Team.
Filing a chargeback without contacting Grabzio support is considered a violation of our terms. If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and forfeit any wallet balances or commissions.
